Promote useful education

ACD should focus on organizing educational programs that meet the real needs of the community. This may include vocational training, extracurricular education, or adult literacy. The goal is to provide people with knowledge and skills that can be used in daily life and generate income.

All activities emphasize practical application.

Rather than just theoretical instruction, ACD should design all activities to include practical elements so that participants can engage in hands-on learning and learn from direct experience. For example, sustainable agriculture training should include demonstrations and hands-on planting.

Promote the creation of professional groups and community economies

ACD should encourage people to form professional groups (e.g. handicraft groups, non-toxic vegetable growing groups, livestock raising groups) to increase their power in production and marketing. In addition, the community economy should be strengthened by assisting in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Develop production and marketing skills

In order for the occupational group and community economy to grow, ACD should provide additional training on production skills (e.g. improving product quality, using appropriate technology) and marketing skills (e.g. packaging, pricing, market research, using online social media).
